ThermoStabilized Tunable Etalon
ThermoStabilized Tunable Etalon (TSTE), has a monolithic cylindrical design and is made of fused quartz by KV brand. The flat end faces of etalon are made with parallelism no worse than 5 arc seconds, with a reflective coating applied to them with a reflection coefficient about 95÷97%. These parameters provide finesse of etalon (ratio of the free spectral range (FSR) to hardware width of etalon) at level of 40÷70. |
